Robert Lane is the President of the International Federation of Surgical Colleges, Programme Director for International Development & Past President of the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain & Ireland and Honorary Surgical Advisor to the Tropical Health & Education Trust in the UK.
Robert has been involved in surgical education and training in both East and West Africa over the past 19 years and currently sits on Council for the College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa and is an Examiner for General Surgery.
